Mihawk - extremely powerful swordsman, non df-user, highly intelligent
Sabo - great haki abilities, already good with the mera mera, will be very powerfull with some training
Trafalgar - powers are useful for fighting and healing, used to stealth
Perona - stealthy abilities, variety of abilities best girl
Zoro - good addition for Mihawk, non df-user, highly disciplined
I feel it's pretty important to have a few non-df users and this group has enough variety to combat anything.

Well, Luffy is my favorite character but obviously he's too headstrong to be anyone else's crew member so I'll assume this crew exists after his death at the end of the series and the Straw Hats have disbanded (most of them aren't that interesting without Luffy and they'll all have accomplished their goals anyway)
