This is a complicated question. It depends on what you count as watching. But at the least, I can say the following:
1 airing (Flying Witch)
3 at anime club (1 is a rewatch to me) (Utawarerumono, GitS:SaC, Kimi ni Todoke (rewatching))
1 unfinished winter season (Rakugo)
This is 5 that I'm putting effort into on week basis. In addition, there are some anime that I watch when I feel like it.

In total, I can for sure count 6. However, I will probably end up watching parts of other stuff I've started but not watched in a while soon. I recently finished a bunch of winter stuff, and will need to fill that hole.
