Given this, I guess that refers to a person taking advantage of another and literally using them. It's an interpersonal destructive relationship, not something based on a plot device. Best example of this could be Akira and Ulith from Spread WIXOSS, which fits perfectly.

I predict that the plot will take form and start to make a little sense.
I also expect some actual character development.
I expect their to be actual relationship developments between the characters.

Nah, this is kiznaiver after all, so i expect uninteresting info dumps, and boring one note characters clashing with one another for 20 mins, as the show continues to flop.
