As for dub, so far it's pretty average. Deku sounds different than I imagine for okay. The voices for the other characters aren't very well acted.

Reckless behavior has nothing to do with intelligence. Bakugou got B and he's a genius. He got better results than Deku at the written test of mid semester and the Yuei entrance written test while Deku barely passed the written test for Yuei and was again behind him at the mid-semester test.

The classes probably aren't created based on power balance. Randomized placements most likely.
Class A was very lucky to get amazing Quirks in the form of Bakugou, Todoroki, Kaminari, and Momo though. Given how slanted the class is in that way, combined with their exposure to real life criminal incidents, it's easy to see how Monoma is so salty about Class A outshining Class B. They're just so so stacked.
