Pretty funny, lots of bad shows fall into that, because they e.g. have characters asking about shit they should know, so it's "experiencing the story through words [of characters]", not "author's exposition".
Anyway going by the common usage it means that there's little to no infodumps and there's almost no infodumps in this show about the way the world works.
