There's quite some violence and culture to censor and edit.
They probably wouldn't actually change the names in JoJo (well, they might rename the pillarmen), but things like where Stroheim first sacrifices himself to try to take out Santana would be heavily edited or removed altogether all the guns would be edited out likely, the scene where Jonathan pulls out the Tommyguns would be entirely cut, Stroheims machinegun would be cut.
Hell, they'd probably cut Stroheim and the WW2 stuff entirely, or heavily edit the footage, for fear of depicting the Nazis at all.
The fight with Kars would probably be cut entirely, they can't just edit out Joseph's severed arm, and Kars' fate is much too grim for 4kids
The squid ink pasta would be recolored and changed into regular pasta, the scene cut down heavily.
