Do you think they pose each frame individually or something? They animate the scene and render at whatever frame rate they want. Sure, there's probably some frame-by-frame post production work and potentially hardware limitations (e.g. Pixar has huge render farms that a no-name anime studio probably lacks), but overall it's a lot easier (and, more importantly, cheaper) than drawing the damn things.
I started reading Berserk but it was just edgy and boring. With that said, the scene where the Count chose to go to Hell rather than sacrifice his daughter was good.

The Black Swordsman arc, as the name implies, is supposed to introduce guts as a character and his relationship with puck, post-eclipse. And it does a good job of doing so as puck acts as an excellent foil to guts' cold and uncaring exterior. Its when he was an actual character, not a gag. The arc introduced guts as this aloof, cold and cruel loner but delved into, fleshed out and explained his behavior and actions so that he wasn't just an asshole with a sword. On top of that, the count was a terrifying villain and despite being fucked he was sympathetic to a degree and he managed to redeem some part of his humanity in the end despite meeting a cruel fate.
And if you're whining about the amount of violence in that arc you're retarded because everything else in the manga is as violent, if not more violent. LC arc had the highest kill count for kids, and in gruesome ways, than in any other arc. Millenium Falcon had a fucking troll rape cave. Tower Of Conviction had the torture rooms. The Golden Age had Wyald and the midget torturer.
And every fucking thread has to have one of you fags shitting up the place. Every time.
