What does /a/ think of Sekai Seifuku?
Pointless.
Conquering the whole world only creates a huge mess of trouble.
You'd have to delegate control anyway. So at that point you'd really only be nominally in charge.
Much better to take control over something like the fiscal world and then control everything indirectly.

American are disgusting smokers!
This show was so fucking bad. The first episode couldn't possibly be more misleading to what the series is. I couldn't believe how far the writers went in the last episode or two just to try and sum up the pathetic garbage of a mess they got themselves in.
The only good thing about this show is the best girl.
I enjoyed it most around the middle, when it was in its stride and neither trying to set anything up nor wrap anything up. Fun characters and setting, very weak story telling. I can't even remember what the resolution was, come to think of it.
A waste of good character designs.

This. The plot ended up dumb.
Wasted potential.

Faggots.
Criminally underrated. It was a great show, I loved the themes of family and bonding. People who call it "wasted potential" seem to have wanted it to be something it was never intended to be. That might partly be the fault of the series composer or director for starting the show with a certain implied story path. But I think the general idea was balancing the "conqueror" character with her sycophantic followers against the fact that she's just a kid, after all, so of course the goals she sets are going to be kind of ridiculous and egocentric.
The character episodes were great though. Dva and Robin's relationship in the later episodes, the way each of Kate's followers had their own personal reasons for joining Zvezda, and so on. But the humour above all that. There's this scene where it shows Kate "magically transforming" into her costume which just entails eyepatch-chan changing her into her outfit. Or how she'd get sidetracked by things like her hatred of smoking or her love of a certain kids TV show. That stuff was clever.
Anyways I loved Zvezda, definitely AOTS from Winter 2014, maybe tied with Mikakunin.

Awful, shitty generic self-determination ending after a legitimately good show.
Smoking episode 10/10 for satirically poking holes in every side of the debate.
I'd tie her up in a chair and force her to smoke lots of weed. Get her stoned out of her mind and release her just to see what she does.

The smokers episode killed it for me. I don't even smoked. It's like watching a South park episode.
Overrated.
