Herakles has a very clear advantage in matchups against every servant in the 5th HGW except Gilgamesh. Most can kill him once or twice like Caster and Rider, Archer can kill him up to six times in an all-out battle scenario, Lancer and Saber both have a chance at completely beating him albeit a slim one (Rin Saber has much better odds but is still at a disadvantage). Fake and True Assassin are helpless against him.
There's actually only a few servants out there period who have good odds of beating Herakles. In Grand/Order, an entire party of Servants were completely helpless against him due to lacking any A-rank attacks or offensive noble phantasms. He only died due to mindlessly touching David's Ark, which is an instant-kill for all 12 lives. His madness that makes him easy to control is his only true weakness as Berserker, because he lacks the knowledge and intelligence that made Heracles the greatest hero in Greece in the first place.

For one, finding the Masters entirely is a bitch. Plenty disguise themselves or have some connections that save them. Assassins, compared to other servants, are mostly weak as fuck. They mostly rely on stealth & surprise.
