You are wrong and retarded, it is definitely the best anime ever thus 10/10, although there are some other good anime like stand alone complex, kaiba, mononoke. No anime can match cowboy bebop's creativity or depth. I know it may hurt the feelings of you shitters who watch "moe" that the best anime ever made has the least moe in it ever.
