I enjoyed Ame Nochi Hare(sp?) which has elements of that. While I don't mind expanding out to non-SOL style stories I think that may be better for now.
I don't particularly mind sexual orientation once transformed, just that the story is well-written (though I tend to enjoy the internal psychological "transformation").

The MC falls in love with a guy but doesn't hook up with him, in Artificial Maiden, Megu Milk (but the guy in question also gets turned into a girl), Nozomu Nozomi and Remix Heart.
- The MC is Tsukiyo no Fromage only shows interest in girls. In Asuka Hybrid the MC shows interest in girls (as well as to a trap but that's because he looks like a girl). In Kashimashi the MC hooks up with a girl. Panikuru Iko-san was pretty short but the MC only appeared to like women. Conveni-N also has the MC be in love with a girl and it's implied they hook up.
There are 9 where the MC likes guys and 5 where she likes girls.
