Super makes me look at GT with fondness, honestly. It wasn't great, in fact, it wasn't even good, but there was some..I don't know, genuine attempt at trying to push the series in another direction, even if it ultimately failed, because you can only push DBZ so far.
GT should have been seen as a warning of sorts. Like "this series is done, not unless you put some real fucking effort into it" But DBZ prints money, so you really don't have to. How many power ups do you think Goku and Vegeta re going to have at the end of the series?
