I'm going to sound like an ungrateful faggot for saying this, but does anyone feel a bit of franchise fatigue? I'm not talking about how OPM got "too popular" with the normalfags, or attracted crossboarders, or generated cancerous circlejerks. Those things don't bother me, it happens all the time on /a/. I still like OPM. But I like it a lot less than I used to.
It used to be a hilariously badly drawn doodle comic updated sporadically by ONE and part of the humor came from the art itself. Now I love me some Murata art and he's really outdone himself with this, you can tell he and ONE are trying to be creative with the heroes and monsters in these filler/original chapters. But it just sort of lacks the charm of the original webcom. Murata's art is TOO clean, TOO precise. And worse, these original chapters' premises feel like the Same Old Thing. The first few standalone chapters were fun but this one felt flat.
The anime was great too, in fact it turned out much better than people dared to hope, but Murata's reworked chapters and the show and these originals following in close succession kind of dampened any enthusiasm there was. Because there wasn't any special twist to it. It feels as if the creators thought "Hey this was received well, let's give them more of it" and didn't bother to add something original while we wait for the webcom to update. Which is part of the problem, we all know what's going to happen next in Murata's remastered version and hype for Character X and Y drawn better can only last so long.
Is anyone else feeling this? Maybe it's just me.

Yeah, I love that. The issue with Saitama is that like anyone else, he could always turn evil. And here is King, using what he knows to remind his superpowered friend why teamwork matters. Saitama clearly didn't think things through or he would have noticed that he was playing a Co-Op game, and the fact that he genuinely expected King to rescue him meant that Saitama is inexperienced in the need to be helped by other people. Humans help each other, that's a social contract. Saitama had been living alone so long that he has forgotten.
