Shit son, every end-game MMO guild I've been in usually required you have a Tank/Off-tank, DPS(dime a dozen) AND Healer/Off-healz for maximum flexibility in raids.
Even in EVE I'm required to have a 'dictor, 'dred and strat cruiser pilot.

They are usually happy yeah. I don't think they realize that guilds only keep them around because they are a pleasant departure from the sound of 25 raging neckbeards. Or maybe they do realize it and they just try to block it out. Either way, it is their only choice because they will never be put in a core raiding position in a guild that has any progression.
