Fuck streaming though, I wouldn't use their service instead of downloading (even HorribleSubs) even if they had Netflix quality, and they're still far from that.

Nope, that only applied because Log Horizon is publicly funded by the Japanese government, so they use Crunchyroll to measure Western interest. For everything else, buying a single BD volume each year would be a better investment in the industry. Or consider buying the source material or character merc, those are also great.
Crunchyroll distributes your subscription to ALL of their licenses, as opposed to only what you watch, which means fractions of pennies are sent to every studio. The worst part is that you don't actually get to choose who to support.
