Nearly all manga adaptations, like somewhere around 99% of them.
Dragonball Super. Same thing without embarrassing animation.
Nanatsu no Taizai. Color palette in the anime was really flat.
Monster. Largely panel-by-panel translation of dialogue heavy series. Nothing interesting is done using the medium.
Berserk. All animated adaptations so far show too little and give viewers a poor idea of the essence of the series.
Tokyo Ghoul, I haven't even watched the anime and have only seen bits of the manga. Manga's art is great, the anime is extremely ugly and flat. Pierrot does it again.
Prisma Ilya. The anime gives everything an ugly g plastic glossy look. All it really adds is fanservice, which is in turn ruined by that selfsame look (not to mention beinpoor and tasteless in general).
I like anime, but I feel like mangaka are able to do creative shit since their work takes significantly less money to create.

Very few, mangaka rarely do anything creative with paneling or art that would make it impossible to adapt in any way. The ones that are just don't get adapted at all, because its art is either too detailed or it just utilizes the comic book form in such a way that makes it unadaptable.

But if I would have to name some then here we go:
Berserk - The animated works just fail in adapting the artwork and establishing the same atmosphere, on top of that the terrible animation makes in pretty anti-immersive at times
GTO - the manga art isn't even that great, but the anime somehow looks pretty terrible
xxxHolic - similar, one of the main and few attractive points of the manga is it's stylized art, the anime looks like shit. Don't know how I.G. managed to fuck up that bad.
Parasyte - way to make the art generic and plain as much as they could.

99% of them, because the adaptions are either incomplete or lacking as well as art style and even art is almost always inferior by nature.
The colors, voice acting, often limited animation and music isn't worth it for that usually.

Kushana is a lame 2d villain in the movie, when she's the best character in the manga, and the manga is much more epic in scope.

The entirety of Dragon Ball. I mostly experienced the series through manga and every so often I drop into threads on 4chan where everyone else is gushing nostalgia for the anime. I then watch clips and it's slow paced shit where half the fights are made-up filler. It's occasionally nicely animated, but that's about it.
