Ironically periods are pretty obvious, they'd just feel like moderate-severe stomach cramps.
Noises loud enough to cause hearing loss would be less severe since the injury would be split up between the seven, but it could incapacitate everyone to an extent. Cavities tend to be more achy so they wouldn't count, heartburn would either be much milder again due to being split up, or just be an ache, feeling itchy isn't actual pain, and neither is needing to poop/pee.
