Because ShindoL is releasing his stuff on patreon, they aren't bothering with the translations for emergence anymore.
Through Red Vodka they did the first 5 chapters, but then ShindoL released chapter 6, and they realized, that if he was gonna do it they didn't need to.
So to basically bust some metaphorical balls, unless the 6's original uploader changes his mind, someone scanlates a raw, or a new patron decides to post it, the translated version of the ending isn't gonna see light of day for the general public.
