It's a 10/10 episode, sure, but plenty of shows have those. I'd say that every show that averages at a 7/10 has at least one 10/10 episode. You're just limiting yourself if you continue to think that Someday In The Rain is the best it gets, and refuse to try to hold anything else up to it.
