Some things I have noted regarding Koharun:
>Koharun was not initially with the group, instead she joins them at the clock. The reason for her not going with them to begin with was never stated, and how she got there wasn't either(if she drove there, it means she left her car at some point to join the bus)
>Koharun seems to have the only map, yet stated she hoped to get to Nanakimura before the rest of the cast. This means she expected them to get there without a map or there are at least two maps, and fakes could have been made as well
>Koharun received the information on how to get to Nanakimura from an unknown person, and from her reaction to the village/crops it can be assumed she hasn't been there before, so she shouldn't have confirmation that the village even exists where the email says it is. But she still organizes this massive tour. Why?
First thing that comes to mind is that she believes the village might be dangerous and wants more people for safety, but then why would she travel separately from them and say she hoped to get there before them, and not bring anything for safety?
There are a lot of shady things about Koharun, probably the biggest one is why exactly she was traveling separately and ahead of them. Mikage mentioned this too.

What is she actually gaining from staying in this potentially dangerous abandoned deathtrap village with a bunch of headcase strangers? Why is it worth risking her life?

I'm actually unclear on who the organizer is. Dahara says he's the organizer in episode 4, but in his introduction he calls himself a representative of ISG, which to me implied that ISG organized the tour and he was just the host. Which reminds me that I was in the middle of writing up an organized ISG fact sheet to share here, forgot all about it until now.
As for the rest, these are good points. I think the reason Koharun showed up later might be the key to solving some of the show's mysteries.

This is noteworthy too. From all we heard of her, she's a student studying folklore and Nanakimura. It really is odd. If I were Koharun, regardless of whether or not I had something to hide, I'd want to be on the bus ahead of time. Being an ISG member presumably means you want to be there to greet the tour guests, and having something to hide means that you want to minimize little suspicious things like this.
So with that in mind, it seems like she was doing something that actively prevented her from getting on the bus until that particular stop. (The stop which I assumed they had made solely because Masaki puked and it needed to be cleaned up, but it's entirely possible that they had already planned to stop there and Driver just had to deal with it until they got to their destination.) What kind of preparation would require Koharun herself to work that late into the night? What couldn't she have left to somebody else?

It depends on what you mean by suspects. I think there are a few different agendas that this trip was meant to satisfy.
Dahara, Koharun, and the rest of ISG (assuming there even is a "rest of" ISG) definitely have something to answer for. Shit doesn't add up with them.
Masaki knows a lot more than she's letting on.
I still find Mikage's theory about the village rather odd, because how would he know if a nearby factory was letting off fumes if the village is unmapped? He shouldn't have any reference for what's nearby and what isn't. With that said, that's my only issue with him. The rest of his behavior hasn't been out of the ordinary.
To tell you the truth, certain things about Valkana give me pause. He was awfully demanding that the driver keep going despite the obvious dangers, but totally complacent about having to walk the rest of the way when the bus became unusable. He's agitated virtually all the time and clearly hasn't slept much lately. He's not high on the list in terms of what's fishy here, but those things did stick out to me.
Soy Latte hasn't done anything suspect, so to speak, but I have to wonder what someone like her is doing on a tour like this. Is she like Pink Goddess, who just happened to be caught at an emotionally vulnerable point in life? Was she just too empathetic to bear the thought of a bunch of social outcasts going on a trip with no one to take care of them? What's really going on with her?

If this person sends an email on how to find the village, it's obvious they would expect at least Koharun to come. What does this sender get out of this? What motivation does this person have for wanting them to come to Nanakimura?
Furthermore, Nanakimura isn't well known or anything, it's a hidden village. From what we have been shown, the only people who should even know how to find it are the villagers. So who was this person, likely a villager, and where are they now?It's also likely that we have already met this person
