Black Lagoon is pretty alright just for the guns.
Gunslinger Girl has some nice guns, especially that P90.
If you don't mind how fucking terrible they are, then stuff like Stella C3, Girls und Panzer, Haifuri, and Upotte have lots of /k/ pandering without any of the good parts of what you would want. Be warned, the /k/ pandering is literally just light Spackle over the horrid "kawaii uguu girls being cute with no danger at all" core.
