Zettai Shounen was slow as fuck but I rewatched nonetheless to get all the clues needed for a full interpretation. I also liked the atmosphere and the characters. I think there were a few writers involved that were also members of the .hack teams.

Yeah, I think the pacing wasn't that good and it had a lack of characters. And I really disliked it when the arc actually ended halfway and something new started. I think I didn't like the antagonists there or something, can't remember anymore. I only knew that I disliked the second main arc enough to drop it around episode 15 or something.
