Threads are moving too fast even without that. You don't have to request in each one, sure, but at this pace some people (work, sleep and such) would be around for only every 2nd or 3rd one (if not worse). It's annoying and inconvenient, those threads should be mainly requests, deliveries, thanks, and delivery comments to begin with. Everything else is kinda offtopic (and super spammy), and the best we can do is push it to bump limit when the thread is reaching its death anyway.
