It was David Cage level of poor writing. It had all the little tricks to get a reaction out of the reader "Oh wow he saved her, oh wow look she likes him, oh wow shes fighting for him <3" but once you take more than 10 seconds to actually look at it you realize that there fore was no development to begin with. Mine was one of if not the most irrelevant character in all of nightraid, her only interaction with MC was berating him constantly,used for comedic banter, showed no romantic interest what so ever or build up, but in 7 chapters now they're in love, shut up it's cute he saved her.
