I always forget that DiU has heaps of mid length arcs and not many long ones. Sheer Heart Attack is only 12, where in SC we got DIO's World which was 18, in 5 we got Green Day which was 14 and in SO we got Heavy Weather which was 13. I had an idea for a similar Stand once. It's retarded slow and awkward like Yo-Yo Ma but if it touches you on a sensory organ then you lose that sense as long as you remain within 100m of the Stand. So if it punches your eye then you lose sight, if it hits your hands you can't touch and if it hits your ear you can't hear etc.
I imagine it'd be a gag fight, and one protagonist would lose every sense but taste and would find themselves dragging their tongue all over the ground trying to find the user that way somehow.
