How do you level like the raw on the left? I thought the trick was just to underlevel, but anytime I try to eliminate the texture on either the white of the page or the black in the ink, it butchers the screentones and sometimes super thin lines. This is more for personal archiving purposes but I really like when you can tell scans came from a book rather than the crisp digital look a lot of scanlators use, I'll still be making the more conventional version for release. It's 600dpi tankoubon scans, so I don't think it's a quality issue.
