Kinda. Yonezawa has been publishing stuff more often lately, the last Hyouka short we had came this year and it was even longer than the usual shorts. It even introduces important plotpoints and drama to develop Chitanda. If you're an optimist, this probably means that he's going to write more Hyouka soon.
