Well, this isn't intended to be a shitpost or to be bait. But am I the only one who is more invested in the developing plotline of the boat, the princes, the bodyguards, the zodiac, Beyond, and the Dark Continent than in this fight? It's been over a fucking decade since Chrollo was relevant. I would not have minded if he would have been twisted into the main story line at this point but I doubt even Togashi had any clue how to do so, so we get this one off plot line that will probably wrap itself up here. Togashi does such a good job at building these complex plot arcs with a million moving parts. This one just feels like he admits he didn't clean up York Shin arc properly and now randomly decides to give some fanservice.
It just feels like things moved on, I can't get myself back into this fight without some hype.
