I enjoyed the slow burn of character development, mixed with the artistic scenery. I love the realism of them understanding how difficult it is to actually kill another sentient being.
However, I dislike how they sort of Saiyan-ified Death Spots. It's like the more damage he takes, the stronger he gets, and he's smart and big and fast and just ridiculously out of focus with the rest of the anime. Also the lack of development in guild skills. Seriously, their mage should know a small variety of spells by now.
Worst of all, Ranta's constant obsession with breasts and talking about them, pointing them out, mocking them, etc. Way to make such a serious anime feel momentarily like cringy shit.

Yume serves the exact same purpose now as she has from the start: she makes Haru have to consider every decision he makes out of fear of offending her. When he was considering kicking Ranta out of the party on his own volition, he worried that Yume would be pissed at him for doing it without discussing it with the others first and for breaking up her "pack" without her getting a say. She's not his conscience, but her opinion is extremely important to him.
Merry is there to be the Manato with tits and the object of Haru's lustful desire. She's the party Healer but has her biases, especially towards Ranta.
Shihoru is the hard one to figure out, but we're starting to see her grow more sure of herself and be more outgoing, and she might have a thing for Kuzaku.
