I don't get why Orange and Silver are so polarizing. To me they were both great but official rankings:

You know what's sad, so pathetic? The sheer banality of this fanbase.
OreShura in itself is a very shallow show where practically nothing happens, and therefore every single thread about it – after all these years – is pure, distilled waifu war. And it's not even a substantive waifu war. At least in Saekano or Yahari or Fate threads, people take into account the characters' actions and motivations in their arguments.
With OreShura it's all "ORANGE A SHIT!" "SILVER A CUNT!" etc with little or no supporting information from either side. Because when you take a step back and review the characters, none of them are anything like what the haters say. None of them are particularly stellar or hateworthy. They're as bland as the color scheme in the show.
And I think people know this, deep down. They realize that this has to be among the shallowest, saddest debates on /a/ because the subject matter is shallow and sad. No one bothers to keep up with the latest developments in the LNs, which I understand are ongoing. No one bothers to translate the content not covered by the anime. No one bothers to do anything except gather here and sling mud at each other.
Silver? Orange? Pink? Black? Who the hell cares? Clearly there's no real investment to their characters if 98% of the thread is the same recycled garbage. OreShura fanbase, a gathering of losers. Sad!
