Onodera is puppy love for raku. He loved her without ever knowing who she was or talking to her. They were basically just acquaintances before chitoge showed up.
Raku fell for chitoge by being close to her and interacting with her. He discovered her character and the type of person she was and loved her for it. That's a lot more powerful.

I don't know about you but, I felt really sad when Tsugumi's ship sunk. She was the one who really got the worst end among them. Marika is rich, she can find a husband anytime. Onodera has a family and she has the talent to be a good housewife. Yui is arguably the best among them as a housewife and she'll be fine as she is a don.
