In movie, all that matters is acting skill. ScarJo's acting skill is million times better than litteraly who chinks.
The Asian is more similar only in the mouth. Scarlett's is more pronounced and curvy, while the Asian's is flat. Otherwise, if you see the eyes, the skin color, the nose and the chin, Scarlett is clearly much more similar to the design.

Rinko would have been good, but she really needs a strong director to bring out the best in her. I doubt whoever they have for this would be able to do that. As for ScarJo. she has utterly no intimidating factor to her whatsoever either. She couldn't even voice act a snake right in Jungle Book. This movie is going to completely miss the spirit of the original just so it can get the Marvel crowd in through action and not spending any time on any actual content. The fact Batou is being played by another actor who was in Lucy really doesn't help.
