If you have read the manga you would know that a second season would not be as funny or even intersting as the arc covered by the first season.
And at some part of the manga it is plain Hentai that it loses it's charm.
Although I will admit that the last 10 chapters of the manga have the fun aspect that made the first season enjoyable, it has too much boring parts that drag longer than it should for 80 chapters that it would need to be a hell of an adaptation for a second season to be entertaining.

Even if this is just a sample I find it amusing that what Japan seems to actually want conflicts a shit ton with what producers seem to insist they need to pump out probably cause these fans don't pump retarded amounts of cash into buying premium BDs for these franchises. I just figure if the industry producers look at this at all they'd be all like "What's that you said? You want more Fate/Stay Night, Monogatari, Mobage commercial crap and shit written by Mari Okada or some hack eroge writer with Hiroyuki Sawano piercing vocal soundtracks? Sure thing so do we!"

Honestly this is the problem with the current industry still basing virtually it's entire business model off of BD sales in 2016 when if it weren't run by typically stubborn Japanese businessmen it probably would have transitioned off this model at least a few years ago. I know for a fact that shows like Gakkou Gurashi and Akatsuki no Yona got rave reviews and large numbers of niconico stream viewers and positive feedback yet because those shows don't target the sort of whale psycho fanatic fans that'll buy 10+ of the same BD like Love Livers since they have common sense the industry doesn't give a shit about them. It's really shot itself in the foot creatively and variety potential wise with this asinine archaic business model and punishes fans for not being stupid about how they choose to spend money and support their favorite franchises. Not everybody thinks they need to pay 30,000 yen to own a twelve episode series with shit they don't need when they can just stream it online or PVR it. Doesn't mean these shows don't have ardent fans, just not the whale kind.
