Not much, just that their first impressions are really memorable. I remember those young girls wearing stupid grown up wigs, Miki being the lazy airheaded blonde and Makoto's rough voice. I've lurked a bit in the threads and there's an impression that she's a tomboy, but after hearing her voice did the name Mankoto stuck there.

She's not very memorable relative to the rest of them. I've been glued to the ML browser game for over a year and I still don't know 3-4 of their names.
My favorite MLs are Momoko, Roco, Julia and the ShihoShizuka rivalry combo. "Problem" with ML is that there are a few idols that get a lot of character development (Momoko basically takes over every single drama she is involved in) while others are a bit joke character-ish like Fuka or Minako.
