It depends on how many series get an update. If I were to go through all of my bookmarks I'm sure I'd find over 500 manga that I'm relatively up to date with. There's no way I can give you a number.

Probably a lot of them were, but it's not like it's an impossible amount. You could read on a decent bus commute and then two hours before bed, and that alone would probably get you through 200 or more chapters before counting the weekend.

Eh never though about it but I guess average is 3-5 new chapters I follow get released everyday. Finishing complete manga that's like 400-600 chapters is another matter but I pretty much read everything I wanted since it's been years.
Assuming latest only, 20-30 chapters and bunch of old ones that I haven't read or want to re-read.
