Sakura was given several years to win over Shirou. Rin kept her distance, but was ultimately forced to spend time with Shirou through the grail war. It only took about a week for Rin and Shirou to fall for each other. It would be stupid and unfair to everyone to reject Shirou. Including Sakura.
Heaven's Feel is a different story. And Rin keeps her distance because Sakura won over Shirou.

Darn, this is a bit disgruntling because I really thought Fukusawa would fit Heaven's Feel more. Kajiura's usual deal was utterly perfect for Zero, but I don't think Heaven's Feel has quite the same mood as Zero does, so I hope she can do something different with it.

I'm sure Fate/Zero had at least ONE VN track. I think people worrying that certain tracks won't get covered shouldn't panic that bad. EMIYA should at least be a given.
And really they did made the right decision here. Kajiura makes good movie soundtracks and Fukusawa's UBW soundtrack really was forgettable and underwhelming.
