The story was that goku went to a planet to train after chichi died. The planet had 1000x earths gravity. He met a goddess there who tried to fuck him but based goku kicked the hoe. So she had sex with him in her dream and gave birth to a son who was ssj5 right from birth.
Goku also became ssj5 after training on that planet.
That's as much as I remember. I head that op pic was drawn by toriyama, I didn't know it was just a joke.
