In volume 12 Kyousuke tells Sakurai that his answer to her confession is the same as it would have been when they were in grade school, that he already loves someone else. The only person that could mean is Manami. During the Kirino - Manami confrontation he also tells her something like "this is the end of our love that never began" which further proves it.
