This is the only thing out of your list that actually happened, if you mean how everything felt a bit less hyper and more laid back. Which wasn't a problem, I liked it.

It was generic. The characters lost what made them lovable. Kyouko was obnoxious, Akari had no presence, Yui was a boy, Chinatsu was a psycho bitch. Sakurako was annoying, etc etc.
I really wish it wasn't made. A few good screencaps came out of it, but you can't even make webms cause the animation is shitty.

I wouldn't take OP's stance but everything did happen. The sound quality was bad and they played on an emotional ending a lot. It seems like a low budget SoL. I mean, I want to take brat and bend her over my kitchen table, but the fanservice and other things were out of place for the series

It's presented differently. Previous fanservice was usually done for laughs, take the entire hot springs segment. Along with the sol moments, S2 has been the closest it's ever been to the manga. I can't really recall many parts of S3 but in Nachuyachumi+ they showed Yui's wet shirt for no reason at all. Fanservice doesn't just mean them naked, it's also them being all lovey-dovey. The bath Kyouko and Yui took in the pajama party is an example of both, easily one of the most boring parts in the entire season. They also cut things like Sakurakochanman to show more of Himawari kissing the screen. The amount of pandering is unjustifiable.
