None of them have the strength to actually damage him though. Sure by targeting weakpoints a weak enemy can damage a stronger one but by now even Piccolo throws planet-busting blows around like nothing.
Also it seems Hit does have a ZA WARUDO of his own, not just the skip. The crystal thingy he used against Frost and is shown using against Goku seems to actually be a full on timestop.

Their guard is ki. If they used timestop during battle, it'd be there activated, just frozen.

Only if they timestop while the guard is down (completely down, Goku-tier retardation down, not just diminished), otherwise the Ki "shield" is very much up.
Also Hit isn't a retard like Goku, and we don't even know how durable he is. Saiyans are not much more durable than a human if all defences are down but we know a lot of other races are extremely durable, probability says Hit is one of those.
Still it's a moot point, calling forth the stand and stopping time takes way too long, at the speed Hit moves (even without his timeskip), they'd be dead before they had time to react.

Champa is about to destroy the U6 fighters in ep 40, Champa is weaker than Beerus, if Hit could beat Beerus then that whole situation wouldn't happen.

Buu would be extremely OP at the tourny if he was at ~Goku SSB level. He would take no damage from anyone, have infnite stamina, and can just split his body into pieces and have 100s of minibuu's fighting his enemy. And it's impossible to kill/defeat Buu if you aren't immensly stronger than him.
Be pretty boring if he went first, he'd steamroll the entire U6.

Gunbuster would literally swat Goku like a fly, He wouldn't even know what hit him and would just be vaporized instantly, Goku would just be caught in the crossfire between Gunbuster and whatever it was actually aiming at, Goku would struggle to defeat a single Space Monster Heavy Cruiser-Class, even if he managed such a feat, the millions of Bugs ready to replace it would just vaporize Goku instantly, Goku wouldn't even exist. Gunbuster isn't even the strongest mecha, let alone the strongest anime character.

Accelerator does not have absolute control over vectors, he can't alter them more than a certain amount. If he could, he wouldn't move about at a few dozen metres per second like he does, he'd zip around at the speed of light. He wouldn't be able to repel an attack from Nappa, let alone Hit.
Also he can't manipulate time, on top of being limited by computation power. Even without the timestop, he can't keep up with Hit's attacks even if he could repel them.
