Clannad was okay until Okazai chose the most boring girl and the last episodes were all about the boring performance.
Then after story was forced drama with the most boring girl. When Nagisa and Ushio died for the sake of more drama, I was expecting to see how the MC would redo his life. But then they decided to go for a fucking cop op, that is, the magic reset out of nowhere.

I think the problem /a/ has with Clannad is that its like SnK and SAO in that casual fans like it. It's also because a lot Clannad's fans think its a masterpiece when in reality it has a ton of flaws.

It's been two years since i tried watching, so I don't remember all that well, but the thing that stuck with me was that little girl giving stars to people to make them go to her sister's wedding. That whole thing was boring, and I didn't feel any sympathy for the little girl. Every episode felt like a movie in length.
