Anybody you found yourself relating to?
I found myself relating to Tsukimoto and Kazama.
Meme pong >>>> one meme man, seriously. This is how you write a story about effort and perseverance.

I'm like him except I'm still looking for what I'm interested in. It's what I get for only caring about grades back in school.

Peco

This was a great character.
Was he in the manga too?

Whatever you picked you would lose.
I knew people who felt they knew what they wanted from life, followed said path, and then hated it. The grass is always greener on the other side, so whatever you chose, it would most likely end badly and bring you back to your current situation.
China spin off when?

I don't want to be like this
this is seriously my favorite show. no other show has ever scratched that itch for a realistic character-driven drama. there are no antagonists, everyone has a believable motivation that you can empathize with.

I loved his character development from being an egocentric chink asshole to become the nicest man of the bunch.

Look on the bright side, I know people who PAID to go to uni, thinking they were going to study and make a career out of something they enjoyed. Only to find out reality didnt match their view, so they are exactly like you. But with debt.
You cant win. Your entire life will be spent filtering out all the things you hate. You may enjoy a few things, but there will be lots of trial and error. It gets worse as you get older too, as doors close based on you being too old.
Still try things.
I am only seriously looking towards other things now my primary hobby (videogames) has completely tanked.Luckily I'm 22, so I have time to lookinto more things and am using time I spent playing games, to learn Japanese and get fit.

Happy people exist though. If they didn't, everyone would've killed themselves already. That in itself is proof that it can be attained.
>>139928160
I loved how the characters didn't outright tell you their motivations but showed them instead. They were all very believable and didn't come off as cheesy in the slightest.

>>as you get older

I'm saying this becuase shit like apprenticeships are until age 24, and how once you're out of education you have less resources to teach yourself. Or atleast you need to go out ofyour way to find those resources.

I don't think I would have complained if this show was just an extended music video with just boys dancing in it.
>>139922710
I could listen to this OST on repeat for the rest of my life.
>>139922537
Actually it kinda does. A metalic taste almost like rust.
It's a damn shame there are a lot of people out there who won't give this show a shot or enjoy it because they are stubborn about the artstyle.
It really is one of the best shows from the past 5 years.

This and Tatami Galaxy are in my top ten of all time.

The resources available with the internet nowadays are enough to learn a vast number of a new skills/hobbies easier then ever. Doesn't matter how many years since you stepped foot in a classroom. You can learn new things and have fun till the day you die. It's all in your frame of mind.

Still, for learning certain things, an actual teacher is better. Especially if it's practical, hands on stuff.
I wish I had a Japanese teacher.
>>139919237
Honestly, Sakuma.
Mostly because I try ton convince myself that hard work will pay off.
However unlike him I can't actually manage to put in the work, it's fucking pathetic, really.

This and After Story. Well, its their lost.
