If Hori loves Precure and western female-led movies like Force Awakens or Mad Max how come female representation in HeroAca is average shounen tier? No woman among the top heroes, the only girl among the top of the class is Momo and she is a bully magnet, Uraraka and her rivalry with Togo will be defined primarily by their romantic interest in Deku.
I hope down the line they animate some of the omakes, and specials. I wanna see Tsuyu in her homelife taking care of her siblings, and making friends snek-chan.

It's not that AFO needs or wants Kacchan's quirk; it's that Kacchan's an insubordinate little shit with an inflated ego who needs to be shown who's boss.
What does Kacchan want to be? The best hero that ever was. What will taking away his quirk do? Effectively neuter him and crush his dreams into tiny pieces.
Murder is super edgy, but turning a kid into a husk would be that much stronger. It sends a message about just what the Villain Alliance can do. Anyone can kill, but THEY have the capability to render people powerless.

All Might already knows that AFO's got something to do with this. He's known for awhile that AFO isn't dead. If we go with the improbably knowledgeable chessmaster trope (or just Tsukauchi or whoever being the mole), AFO knows that All Might knows.
If we take it a step further, AFO may very well have prepared for the event that those bases get attacked. There have got to be more that the Momo tracker hadn't even picked up. In the event that heroes go after Shiggy, Black Mist could easily take him and whoever else and ollie outie.
Also, AFO is super duper top secret. Most U.A. personnel don't even know about it. It's not going to be tossed out into the open just yet. AFO's definitely not in any of the bases the Momo tracker picked up, and Shiggy's got a walking escape rope with him. AFO can keep keikaku-ing in peace and there's nothing AM or anyone else can do about that right now.
Leaving Kacchan quirkless is something that CAN'T be hidden. It's going to come out eventually. A meek student like Kouda could work around it since he's not in the limelight ever. But Kacchan? That flashy ball of anger who got on EVERYONE'S radar with the sports festival? They're going to smell something's up. It's only a matter of time.
And when it comes out? Pandemonium. Villains have SOMETHING that can steal quirks. Cue propaganda and people freaking the fuck out since they don't exactly know what that something is.

Some have speculated that it's a mimic ability where she can change into the form of someone whose blood she's drained.

He is not power hungry. He wants to be #1 and be the best and he is trying to do that through studying. All Might showed him he can do that. He is his motivation.
Just because Bakugou admires the strength and determination of All Might, it doesn't mean once All Might get defeated he will change and join the villains. He has no reason to. I am sure he has thought of the possibility of All Might getting killed in action. And in fact, he himself said he wants to surpass him one day. Isn't this also a way of defeating All Might?
