I read the manga too and I can say I'm pleased with what they did, at least with what they showed in this short video. The art of the manga suits the story very well, it's rough, crude and shaky in some parts, which reflects well on the bullying, anxiety and tension between the characters. The PV just looks too neat and pretty, the same lineweight everywhere especially bothers me. Like one anon said above, it's going to look a bit out of place in the bullying scenes.
