What are some fairly unique relationships in series that you really enjoy? Can be romantic or not. I'll start with these two. Despite how dysfunctional and twisted it is, I can't help but find them really cute.

I need to re-watch this, but I remember that Azuki Azusa was my favorite.

How is that unique? Is a harem relationship with a self-insert MC.

>Tomodachi?
Hnng, that scene is burned into my mind.

top tier anime, too bad the last part never got an anime.

Fuck yeah, these two are great. Shame about the lack of them later on though.
Ballsy move, that. Giving what is essentially a harem MC a steady girlfriend throughout the entire series.

Sensei and Satoru in Boku Dake Ga Inai Machi.

We need more anime with actual fucking couples doing couple shit instead of the end goal being: A kiss on the lips during the climax and a still image of a wedding.

The funny thing is, the person who caught the tabloids trying to frame Satoru as a pedophile in the manga was Airi. I have no idea why they changed it to Sensei in the anime but it's fucking hilarious.

People know shit about romance, which is why this always happens. Not just in anime, but other places as well. Shit, most of the time they also don't know jackshit about the build up, but it works better, simply because it's pretty easy to write two characters liking each other.
