Discotek is currently getting ready to release the the first set of the Red Jacket series on DVD, and Richard Epcar is currently directing the dub of the Blue Jacket series in which the actors who voiced the characters in the Geneon dub of the Red Jacket series will be reprising their roles with the exception of Dan Martin as Zenigata. A release date of the dub has not been announced yet.

No, after the DVDs barely sold 3000s copies TMS give up on Blue Jacket season 2 for the most part.

Blue Jacket was 100% Japanese funded, Italy just aired it early because of it's fan base.
Right now TMS is begging people to binge watch Animaniacs so that we get a 6th season out of it as there has been talks about it since May of 2015.
Also it's creator and voice cast are tweeting about the show being on Netflix, please binge watch it so that we get season 6 as nobody wants Tomonaga's last project to be Blue Jacket season 2.

It's the characters. Lupin is without a doubt the most entertaining protagonist in the history of anime. He's the kind of guy who could be in the middle of the worlds biggest heist, and he'd drop everything he's doing just to save a girl in need while flirting with her at the same time as saving her and trying to avoid death. The other characters are just as entertaining. Not to mention the other characters and their reactions towards one another is what makes the show great. They're all lovable and It really is the perfect package. beats most other anime on those aspects alone. They dont rely on stereotypes, kiddie shit, or overly dramatic plots. It's just a fun time to watch these guys steal some shit.

I will say episode 8 was good, but not the best. It was interesting though. I'd say the episode where Lupin was stuck in jail for a year was one of the best. I think it was episode 4.
Episodes 13-23 were pure Gold. I have never seen a show that had so many great episodes in a row. Incredible.

Perhaps Walther P38, then maybe Missed by a Dollar and Mystery of Mamo. They really show what Lupin is all about. When It comes to the shows though, I'm not sure which episode really represents Lupin the best. I think I'd probably go with him being stuck in jail (episode 4), or the one where he's trying to bring a girl back to her father.she was kidnapped by her uncle without knowing it.
