The thing that most caught my attention: she had many friends besides ITEM. Saten and Kanou Shinka are proof. What if Frenda herself isn't the problem, but her friends?
What if another one of her friends decides to go after the truth about her disappearance? Would they want revenge against Mugino, ITEM or AC's Darkness? Just food for thought, it is not likely Kamachi would ever go that route, considering we have bigger fish to fry in the LNs right now.

One of her friends coming for revenge is definitely be something to consider the next time ITEM gets a big role. He could have done anything else with ITEM's parts in NT12 but he chose to make frenda of all people relevant for a bit.
I would assume she was friends with Komaba of skill-out since he protected her sister, surely she has other people in the dark side waiting to make their move.

When I was 50 I asked my dad what he would do if Godzilla came to town and started rampaging.

I didn't get his response at the time. Why wouldn't you run or hide? I thought he was just giving me a cop out answer because it would never happen. Later I realized that if Godzilla really did come to town, running or hiding will be of no use. Godzilla will destroy the entire city and you can't get away from that. When confronted with finality, humans will simply stick to routine.
