Well, One Piece has a crewmate named Robin who is an archeologist, and she's 32 years old. She's got a power that grows multiple hands and has acted as sort of the crew's mother for most of the series. She's also a massively lecherous cow and is known for lewdly flirting with Nami, a poor navigational weather girl Luffy hired on after beating up her Fishman boyfriend. The Water Seven arc has a particurlarly ecchi scene with her and bubbles.
Monet is an astronomer, and will be joining the crew soon. It's sort of a meme to say she's dead, she seemed dead for one chapter but true Oda fashion it was clear that she was fine. She and Robin didn't get along very well in her introductory arc, and being another flirty lady of 30+ years who was eager to do dirty things to Nami, the Christmas Cake wars are soon to come.
Also, Robin likes Chopper, the One Piece mascot, and is seen cuddling him like a teddy bear. Monet also had an interest in Chopper so there's an assumption that will be a point of contention. I'd explain more but I really think you should read One Piece and find out for yourself.
