Unfortunately it's not, the author and editor apparently do not understand what sells (Hence S2 never). As the series progress all heroines gain a male love interest and it starts to focus on them trying to start relationships (See the Manga if you want to see it yourself).

Love Lab is an underrated gem, and one of my favorite series, it will always be special to me because of the humor, animation and character dynamics.
