I remember in Index it's mentioned that he could survive a nuke being dropped on him, but I really don't see that happening.
Even if he could prevent himself from being vaporized by the heat (he probably could, just reflect everything), he would have still have to breath in the air around him, which would be thousands of degrees, and radioactive.
There is NO way he could prevent that damage from occurring; to do so he would have to decelerate the air molecules so they are cold enough not to harm him. He couldn't simply reflect the heat away, because the oxygen in the air physically binds to his hemoglobin. His blood would boil if he didn't cool the air first.
As for the radioactivity, he would need to reposition protons so that the atoms became stable. He may be a fast thinker but that's out of the realm of feasible.
Basically, accelerator sucks.

The God Emperor of Mankind could do it pretty trivially; he'd just have to use nonlinear Warp space to generate a mindrape or head asplode effect inside Accelerator's brain. It simply exists there, takes effect immediately, and doesn't need to go anywhere, so Accelerator's powers can't passively defend him.
